Precautions for use
1. Please read the manual carefully and check whether the model and parameters of the product are correct.
2. Hydraulic power unit should be installed correctly and connected correctly. Note whether the voltage of the motor and solenoid valve is consistent with the power supply (see the electrical schematic diagram), and whether the motor rotation direction is correct (clockwise from the end of the shaft).
3. The conventional dc motor has a gap working system S2=2 4min(one start time); S3=10%ED (continuous working time accounts for 10% of the time of one working cycle), which cannot be operated continuously. If the choice of 10min working system ac motor, can not work continuously.
4. The working pressure of the hydraulic power unit has been adjusted before delivery. In order to ensure a good working condition, please do not adjust it casually.
Simple fault identification and troubleshooting
1, the motor does not turn, check the accuracy of the connection line.
2. When the motor starts, the oil cylinder will not rise or rise unsteadily
1) the oil level in the cylinder is too low, refueling to the specified oil level;
2) if the viscosity of oil is too large or too small, use the recommended hydraulic oil;
3) if the oil absorption filter is blocked, clean or replace the filter;
4) if the suction pipe is not sealed or leaking, find out the leakage, repair or replace the suction pipe where it is not sealed;
5) if the solenoid valve or manual valve is not closed, clean the solenoid valve, manual valve or replace it;
In the hydraulic system, vibration sources (such as hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor, motor, etc.) often cause the bottom plate, pipe and other parts of resonance; Or pump, valve and other components such as resonance and cause greater noise. This phenomenon can be eliminated by changing the length of the pipeline to change the natural vibration frequency of the pipeline and by changing the installation position of some valves.
